By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• Account creation: You may create an account to access the full features of the Service.
• Accuracy of information: You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
• Account responsibility: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Use of the Service

Lawful use: You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Content you post (text, photos, garden data) remains your responsibility; you grant Garden Grid a license to use it as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

The Service, its content (text, logos, software, design) and Garden Grid trademarks are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit them without written permission.

6. Mobile Application

Use of the Garden Grid mobile application (including via Google Play Store) is subject to these Terms and to the rules of the distribution platforms. Downloading or using the app constitutes acceptance of these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service provides advice and information for guidance only (gardening, weather, AI). We do not guarantee results and are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service in case of breach of these Terms, without notice if necessary. You may close your account at any time via your account settings.

9. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.
